SimKiosk Terms of Use Version 2026-09-05 1. Who is agreeing These terms apply to your use of SimKiosk Station and SimKiosk Play, provided by Scorsa. You must have authority to accept these terms for the person or organisation operating the rig. If you do not agree, do not use SimKiosk. You may uninstall it or contact Scorsa through the website or your account contact. 2. Simulator and content rights You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining every licence and permission required for your actual use of each simulator, game, modification, vehicle, track, image, recording and other content. This includes commercial, venue, public exhibition, event, promotional and per-machine rights where applicable. Buying a consumer copy or holding a Steam account does not by itself establish those rights. Before using SimKiosk to operate a simulator, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights for that simulator and its content at your venue, for the intended use and number of PCs. Keep evidence of those permissions and comply with each publisher's terms. Stop using any affected simulator or content if those rights expire or are withdrawn. Adding another simulator or content does not extend your existing permissions. SimKiosk supplies management software. It does not supply or grant game, content, commercial-use or Steam licences, bypass publisher restrictions, or certify that your licences are sufficient. Installation and detection are technical functions and are not proof of permission. Third-party products remain subject to their own terms. 3. Permission to use SimKiosk Subject to these terms and your applicable subscription or purchase agreement, Scorsa permits you to install and use SimKiosk on rigs you own or are authorised to manage. Protect account credentials, restrict administrator access and use the service lawfully. Do not use SimKiosk to gain unauthorised access, distribute unlawful content or interfere with other customers' systems. Separate written commercial agreements continue to apply to pricing, service commitments and licence limits. 4. Operating the rig safely You control your PCs, hardware and venue. Test steering, pedals, force feedback, motion, displays and emergency-stop arrangements before admitting drivers. Follow hardware manufacturers' instructions. SimKiosk is not a safety system and does not replace supervision or physical safety measures appropriate to your equipment and customers. Keep backups and a recovery method before installing software, changing Windows settings or enabling lockdown. 5. Cloud management and data When you connect a rig to Play, your authorised operators can send commands to that PC, configure it and use enabled remote-support features. The service processes the account, device, configuration, session and diagnostic data needed for those functions. You are responsible for notices, permissions and lawful handling of driver data, screenshots and recordings at your venue. Enable recording or sharing only when you have the required permission. Do not place passwords or sensitive customer information in public fields, names or logs. 6. Availability and third-party changes Features depend on compatible hardware, Windows, networking and third-party software. Publishers may change their products or services. Scorsa does not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or simulator. We will use reasonable care in providing SimKiosk. Report faults through your account contact or the Scorsa website so they can be investigated. 7. Your legal rights Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. These terms do not remove any obligation or liability that the law requires Scorsa to retain. 8. Ending use and updates to these terms You may stop using and uninstall SimKiosk at any time; any subscription cancellation and payment obligations follow your applicable agreement and legal rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorised use, a material breach or a security risk, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable. A materially changed version of these terms will be shown for fresh acceptance before further use. Your acceptance record identifies the text version, date, rig and accepting operator.
